The Rabbit Tree: Nearly finished...

I was going to wait until I had a) finished, and b) had a decent photo (ie one not taken on an iphone and preferably not taken by me), but I'm too impatient.
You may remember that a few months ago, these arrived.
Hoffman 1895 Bali Handpaints in Bubblegum - yum!
They were modelled by the QuiltDogs (who make a reasonably decent craft table)...
... for the purpose of making a custom designed quilt - on commission! My first "I've seen your work and can you please design and make me an original quilt"! :)
Well... The brief was "baby quilt in pink with Rabbit theme for Chinese Year Of the Rabbit".
Well...
Umm...
Eeek...
A lot of thinking, pondering and dreaming about rabbits, and this is what I came up with - apologies again for the bad photo!
I can't wait to see it finished in all its glory AND decently photographed! I might also throw together a pattern and a tutorial for any of you who would like to give it a try. What do you think?
Happy sewing!
Laura

Yippee - you're commenting! I _love_ comments. :) I've had so much spam lately though that I'm limiting to registered users for a bit to see if that works... If you're a friend, you can find me on Facebook and comment that way if you have trouble.
