First World mug rugs posted!
This is not my work. It's the first World mugrug made especially for the World MugRug tour from the amazing Julie in Japan. You can read more about it on her blog. Isn't it GORGEOUS? :) Anyone else want to do a place-themed mugrug?
It was my mum's birthday yesterday but I haven't seen her yet to give her her birthday present. I'll let you know how the mugrug is received. There's still plenty of time to enter the fabric giveaway to win some Australian fabric!
After a few days of Spring, Perth seems to think it's back in Winter today. Stormy, grey skies and lots of rain. Still, the more the better as we've had very dry winters, hot summers and water restrictions forever. If I was tucked up at home with a warm fire and some sewing, I'd be quite happy for it to rain away, but given how rarely it rains here, the roads get slippery and drivers freak out and don't know what to do. If it ever snowed, I dare say most of Perth would perish on the roads as we can't deal with a little rain!
Oh and I'm still a 'small' blog I think, so linking up with Lily again. :)
Enjoy the weekend!
