Giveaway is now closed.
Well it's my 400th birthday!
Or just over 400 followers, so it's going to be a BIG week here at Quokka Quilts!
The first giveaway of the week is courtesy of Jenelle at Echinops and Aster. Jenelle has produced this cute little pattern and has asked me to review it.
That confidence has not been misplaced.
What you have here, craft-lovers, is a clear, multi-option, two for one embroidery and patchwork pattern. It is clear enough for beginners in either craft and is presented in two sizes - 100% or 75%, with the reverse of both, in case you want two owls or the owls facing the other way. Feng shui for all there. :)
The Stitch library at the back is clear enough for beginners to use this pattern and Jenelle has even included the colours she used in two different brands of embroidery cotton, just in case you aren't confident choosing your own colours. How good is that?!If you'd like to win a copy, leave me a comment here. I'll draw on Sunday 28th (W Aussie time) and let you know by email. Please make sure if you are a no-reply blogger you leave me a way to contact you.
If you can't wait that long, the pattern is available for download here.
Thanks to Jenelle for letting me review this pattern and give it away!

This owl is adorable! My daughter found a poor injured owl and called someone to rescue the poor thing. In the meantime she protected the poor baby from stupid people with sticks, who apparently thought poking it would make it drink water! Would love to embroider this owl for her as a reward for a job well done! Congrats on the followers!

I do want to ask however, if you meant Sunday the 26th or possibly Tuesday the 28th for the winner drawing?
I am going to leave my email just to be sure you can reach me if I'm lucky enough.
