Fabric thief


I woke up Saturday morning to Lainey barking.  I thought she was demanding breakfast and went out to yell at her.

Nope.

She was yelling at Melody who was perched on my armchair, having acquired my English Paper Piecing from its bag and was happily munching away, removing the papers. Sigh. She got yelled at.

Melody definitely has a fabric addiction. This evening it was a Kate Spain selvedge. Little monster. I should remove it and yell at her, but it's hard to yell at this:

    One of our dogs, can not be allowed near the quilts. He loves to munch fabric, too.

    You just need to teach her to use the machine. She is clearly desperate to sew, and you never know, she might be better than you think.
