Check out:
I have to also point out that my TGIFF co-host-bestie, MR who has been carrying TGIFF while I've been away and swamped (how did she know how my hair has looked half the week?!), designed her own block. (Of course she did...)
See her Ottawa picture for the full story. If she was nearby, I would totally make her dinner and let her raid my stash, but as she's in Canada, my stash and her stomach are safe.
I also have to point out that Di (Random Thoughts: Do or Di), who I met at Sewing Summit, wins the prize for 'photo-dropping' - ie squishing as many photos from as many different exotic locations as is possible into one quilting post. Talk about travel envy. Humph. Look at this:
Speaking of prizes... You'll have seen the heap we have to give away. Prizes will run thus.
1. You will upload a link to your blogpost to one of three links - Americas, Europe, Australasia-Pacific.
2. Danny will choose a winner for the Americas, Katy for Europe, and me for Australasia-Pacific. We may randomise. We may choose. Depends on how hard you make it. :) The winners of these will get the three Aurifil sets
3. There will be a voting thingy. Viewers' choice award will get their pick of the Fat Quarter Shop Indie Bundle, the Pink Castle Fat Eights bundles (warm and cool) and the FabricWorm Scamper bundle.
4. Tammy of Marmalade Fabrics will choose her favourite of the top 5 blog entries (viewer's choice) to receive her bundle.
Now, there are still two prizes to give away - two of the three - whichever the winner doesn't pick. Should these go to the 2nd and third of the viewer's choice results? Would it be unfair at this late stage to have a separate link party for photos of you EPP-ing in the weirdest / most public place? Can you help me decide please?
The wonderful Jenelle of Echinops and Aster did a piece-of-cake tutorial on how to do this. You will see that I haven't worked out the size kinks yet.
I am totally atrocious at Flickr but I've just logged in and there are a pile of pics from the bloghoppers, so upload yours when next you are on! If I knew how to do a gallery here, I would... (Jenelle?)
To embed a slideshow you might want to give this tutorial a try:

Let me know if you get stuck though since it's pretty code heavy. :)
I know you are on the other side of the world BUT it is not Sunday anywhere now! What have you done to the space-time continuum!?
ReplyDeleteThat EPP block is gorgeous and yea for Di and her photo dropping!
ReplyDeleteHey, I know that block. It's a week of scheduling issues all around, I think. Time for a big glass of vino!
ReplyDeletePlease do it for EPP-ing in the weirdest most public places! That is apparently only where I EPP :-)
