- a rabbit has two front legs and two back legs. Those unfamiliar with MasterChef may be forgiven for thinking that the contestants were 5, but no, this is adult MasterChef. I'm not sure if this is indicative of the audience intelligence, the contestant intelligence, or just George's level of confidence in either of the groups mentioned.
- Parts of the rabbit are "more tenderer" and parts are "more tougher". I can't tell you which parts as I was too busy having a grammar-nazi fit. I can see teachers the country over despairing, because if a celebrity chef says it, it must be right. Really, I can forgive George the cliches and the occaisonal slip of the tongue, but this many mistakes in one session (with no self-correction) makes me worry for the literacy standards of Australia. Surely there must have been chefs out there with a more betterer command of English?

Things I learnt from MasterChef
One of my current obsessions is Masterchef (Australia) and this Friday's weekly MasterClass was an educational feast. This week, George showed contestants how to work with a rabbit - how to cut it up and cook it. Here are two of the red-hot things I learnt.
The English version is no better and leaves me shouting at the television, much to the amusement of my other half and daughter.
