Doing it in a bit of a flurry, for TGIFFriday over at MR's. (BTW, 23 December is the only spot left open for hosting between now and March - hurrah!).

But thought this lil Flurry project was appropriate for WIP Wednesday. You should see the finished thing Friday.
:)
It's a lazy girl's advent calendar. (Well, the really lazy version would be popping down to Kmart to get a cardboard one I guess, but there are some STUNNING ones online you can make... If you have a lot of time to sew and not much else to do... So mine is a quick-n-dirty. Well, not so quick and not really dirty either but... you get the idea. :)
I Love that fabric, she is quickly becoming a favorite designer for me. I can't wait to see what your "Lazy girl Advent Calendar" looks like, I may need to make one of my own!
ReplyDeleteI am bit partial to a chocolate one from "The Chocolate Box" myself! Look forward to seeing yours though
ReplyDeletePerhaps I could host the 23rd December - is there a list somewhere to tell me what I need to do?
ReplyDeleteI really like the stitching on the christmas stuff. :)
