Sunglasses cases with a wooden toggle and elastic closure. So soft and so pretty! I love them. I made the elephant one for a lady at work and immediately got another order. The elephants are from Fabricworm and the other fabrics are V&Co's Simply Color, which I just love. The yellows blend perfectly. But these are more "me".
The fabric is Sketch combined with Rashida Coleman-Hale's Notes in Grey from Spoonflower. It was a design that didn't go into the Washi line of fabric for some reason Sigh. Sketch and Rashida - can it get any better?
Of course, I had to get some new sunglasses in the sales to go with them! The only problem is, I don't know which I want to keep!!! I've actually made a few so am going to keep both and put these babies on Etsy. :)
That reminds me of a chatelaine I want to make to wear when quilting. It would have a pocket like that for my glasses and a pocket for my scissors and a small pin-cushion and thread holder ... and maybe a place to add a heating pad in winter. Now all I need is time!
ReplyDeleteThose turned out great! Want to hear sad news? I can't comment on your blog from my phone. Wah wah. So I'll just tell you here: Your dress is beautiful! Don't change a thing. And you are gorgeous. Stop being down on yourself or I'm going to have to come all the way over to your side of the world to slap you.
ReplyDeletePerfect covers for sunnies! Loving the Simply Color and Sketch too!
ReplyDeleteI'd keep the yellow because I love the ellies, and then the blue one 'cause I love blue, and you can always have 2 pairs of sunnies ;o)
